Spice up the Spring with some edgy textures....ripped jeans, or tye dye jeans, padded jersey T-shirt like this one by Alexander McQueen (I love how the T- Shirt has an asymmetrical hem with long draped sides which can be tied at the back and that it has simple V-Neck), ..block colour viscose/acetate jacket like this one by Vanessa Bruno...

Team this up with flat sneakers (I love the simple one from H & M for like 9Euros!! or invest in a pair of chain edged cut out bootie sandals by Giuseppe Zanotti (which cost only 830Euros!!) :)

I truly believe in accessories, so finish off the look with a big ring of another block colour, have a bag to carry all you unnecessary stuff :), a few floral zipper hair clips, a beanie hat and off you go !!!!

Experiences from working in the Styling world..

Yesterday Amsterdam held a Press Day for the most important agencies....
The idea was to go to all the showrooms, meet and greet, drink and enjoy the new Fall/ Winter 2010 collections...

I opened 2 new brands for myself..which I liked and would wear.....

* Best Behaviour is a Danish brand...very clean cuts and interesting prints & style.

Silvia & Jan

Also I met a Sylvia van der Klooster.....she was one of the important models at the end of the 1990's and left the catwalk around 2005. In person she is so friendly, and kind...we had a couple of laughs, a couple of drinks....

She is collaborating with an old friend Jan Taminiau who is a Dutch designer and made it to VOGUE. Very good for the Dutchies..
